about norgroup

who we are

Norgroup started out of a desire to deliver challenging scopes with a high level of customer service. Working in the Territory since 2012 and in major projects since 2015, Norgroup founder Damian Ridley saw an opportunity for a local company to stand out in the industry as a problem solver. Our commitment to communicating with our clients proactively and clearly has seen us establish a reputation as the reliable doers in our field.

From project concept through to completion, Norgroup provides a professional, customer-focussed service across all sectors. We understand the challenges of delivering in remote northern Australia, and we’re experienced, resourced and ready to get on with the job. We’re Territory owned and operated with a commitment to employing and buying local.
